BMT Broadway Line of theNew York City Subway , located at 28th Street and Broadway in the Gramercy neighborhood ofManhattan .This station has four tracks and two
side platform s. It was renovated in 2001 by MTA New York City Transit workers. The renovation sealed off and removed evidence of a crossunder outside of fare control, while false curtain walls were installed at the north ends of each platform, shortening the station by 10 to 15 feet. Tiles from the previous 1970s renovation were removed, restoring the original BRT
