Notes
fnb|1 Càrn Liath and Creag an Dhail Bheag both have a height of 862 m and are separated by a drop of 34 m. They are collectively separated from Culardoch (their parent) by a 210 m drop making one of them a Marilyn. However, without more accurate heights, it is impossible to say which is the Marilyn, making them an example of a "twin peak". By convention, Càrn Liath is considered to be the Marilyn and Corbett.[cite book | title=Corbett Tops and Corbetteers | last=Dawson | first=Alan | coauthors=Hewitt, Dave | id=ISBN 0-9534376-1-2 | publisher=TACit Press | location=Cambuskenneth, Stirling | year=1999] ]fnb|2 Beinn Bhreac and Leathad an Taobhain are another example of a twin peak, both having a height of 912 m. As they are separated by a drop of 155 m, both are Marilyns and Corbetts. Following the precedent established in "Corbett Tops and Corbetteers", Beinn Bhreac is assumed to be higher when stating the relative height and parent.
fnb|3 Meall Chomraidh, Cruim Leacainn and The Bochel have all been discovered to be Marilyns since the publication of "The Relative Hills of Britain" and are therefore not listed in the book.
