This is a chronological list of wrestlers that have been ECW Champion by ring name. The ECW Championship is a professional wrestling world championship in World Wrestling Entertainment. It was originally the highest ranked title of the Extreme Championship Wrestling promotion. Currently, it is the highest ranked championship on the ECW brand. There have been a total of 23 recognized champions who have had a combined 32 official reigns.
