C. Wolf

C. Wolf is the mascot of the Erie SeaWolves, a Minor League Baseball team in Erie, Pennsylvania. The SeaWolves are the Double A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers Major League Baseball team.

C. Wolf's History

The character made its debut June 20, 1995, at Jerry Uht Park. Nicknames of the other teams in the New York–Penn League were the Muckdogs, Spinners and Doubledays.

In 1999, the SeaWolves moved up to Double A baseball, The other teams are the Portland Sea Dogs, New Britain Rock Cats and Trenton Thunder.

Attire and Attitude

The character is dressed like a pirate, complete with an eye patch and a red-and-white bandana. C. Wolf leads children on a nightly stampede through the outfield. He is identified with the song "Hungry Like The Wolf" by Duran Duran.
