Normandy Park, Medina, Ohio

Normandy Park is a residential community located in Montville Township in Medina, Ohio. It is made up of houses on the west side of the property and condominiums and apartments (Mallard's Crossing) on the east.

Amenities

*The "houses" side of the community has tennis/basketball court(s) located on Central Park Lane. Central Park Lane is also the only "finger street" in the neighborhood that leads into a dead-end instead of a cul-de-sac. A large ditch on Park Drive is popular for sledding during snow seasons.
*The "apartments" side, Mallard's Crossing, has a sand volleyball court (rare to find in Medina, Ohio).
*A relatively large wooded area with a creek that runs through the center separates the two sides of Normandy Park. The hilly woods are popular - especially with children who enjoy walking through the creek, making paths, riding bikes, and swinging on vines.
