Marshall Corwin is a British television producer.
He is currently the series producer of the BBC Children's Serious TV series which he created.[1]
To date he has produced and directed Serious Jungle (2002), Serious Desert (2003), Serious Arctic (2004), Serious Amazon (2005), Serious Andes (2006), and Serious Ocean (2008). Marshall is also the author of a book to accompany the Serious adventures: 'Serious Survival: How to Poo in the Arctic and other essential tips' (foreword by Bruce Parry).
In addition he has written or co-written several other children's factual books.
Serious is a multi-award winning documentary series made by the BBC and broadcast all over the world.
Marshall Corwin was formerly series producer on the children's news programme Newsround, with responsibility for its short documentaries, Newsound Extra. He has also been a producer in BBC factual programmes, making shows such as Tomorrow's World.
He is currently living in London with his partner and two children.
