"Macrurosaurus" (meaning "Long-tailed lizard") is the name given to a genus of dinosaur from the Early Cretaceous. It was a titanosaur which lived in Europe. It has procoelous vertebrae and was around 40ft in length. The type species, "M. semnus", was described by Seeley in 1876. No other valid species are known.

Harry G. Seeley described the original fossil, "M. semnus", from fossils found near Cambridge, England. The fossils dated from around 130 million years ago. The fossils have since been classified as those of a titanosaur, one of the last major groups of sauropods.
