The American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, abbreviated as "AAFPRS", is the world's largest organization of facial plastic and reconstructive surgeons.
It exists to promote high quality facial plastic surgery, and runs courses, workshops, scientific presentations and a training program.
