"The Fury" is about a teenage girl Gillian Bellaver who has Psychis powers such as Telepathy and Telekinesis. But though she's trying to reject the fact that she's clairvoyant, she soon finds out that a boy her age, Robin Sandza, is kidnapped. She helps Peter Sandza, Robin's Dad, to find him with her powers. But though Robin was psychic like Gillian, they come to realize death has entered their boundaries.
Gillian and Peter find Robin, but both father and son get killed. Gillian wakes up to find she is a victim herself when the kidnapper, Childermass, has her in a room.
Gillian and Robin are psychic twins and without help from her and Peter's girlfriend Hester (in the film portrayed by
Carrie Snodgress ) Peter would have nothing left for him.In the end, Peter and Robin reunite but the ruthless experiments performed by the institute drive him insane and they both end up getting killed.
Gillian wakes up the next morning and finds she herself is kidnapped. She gets up from her bed and walks in the tub to find Childermass. She grabs a winter coat and drowns him mercilessly.
