Plot summary
Yuri Davydov, a Russian emigré, wishes to return to his motherland after having a bad time in the United States, which denied him the opportunity for contentment and job opportunities as well as multiple chances at personal prosperity. However, before he returns to Russia, he wishes to lash out at the US for luring him with the false promise of the American dream. As a former technician for the vast Soviet biological weapons industry Biopreparat, he knows just how to use his knowledge of bio-weapons to conduct an act of bio-terrorism. He joins with two firemen who are in a militia and abhor the US government to help him carry out his diabolical plan.
