Influenza A virus subtype H5N3

H5N3 is a subtype of the species Influenza A virus (sometimes called bird flu virus).

H5N3 was identified in Quebec in August 2005 [http://www.recombinomics.com/News/11190504/H5_LPAI_Quebec_British_Columbia.html] and in Sweden in October 2005. [http://depts.washington.edu/einet/?a=printArticle&print=1031]
