Benjamin was offered and accepted a contract from
World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and was placed inOhio Valley Wrestling (OVW) as one half of a tag team with Brock Lesnar, who was a wrestling teammate at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
