Antonio Sartorio (1630 – 1680) was a
composer , mainly ofopera andvocal music active mainly in his nativeVenice and inHamburg .Between 1665 and 1675 he spent most of his winters in Hamburg, where he held the post of
Kapellmeister to the italophile duke, Johann Friedrich – returning to Venice for the summer months. In 1676 he became vice maestro di capella at San Marco in Venice.Selected list of works
