Natural Church Development

Natural Church Development

Natural Church Development (NCD) is the multi-year project of Christian Schwarz and Christoph Schalk. Their goal was research Church growth to find out what common traits growing churches had in common. Their work covers 71 countries and over 55,000 churches, making it one of the most significant studies of its kind. The trends cross denominational lines as well as cultural lines. His contributions intend to refocus the modern day approach to many church growth concepts.

[http://www.coachnet.org CoachNet] has resources to walk you through a step-by-step process of implementation with NCD.
