Eureka High School, located in Eureka, Missouri, is a secondary school in the Rockwood School District.

tudent Body

Eureka has a student body that usually numbers over a thousand students. Most students are from Wildwood Middle School or LaSalle Springs Middle School.

=Activities=In the way of sports, Eureka has teams for:
* Boys' and girls' basketball
* Boys' and girls' cross-country
* Boys' and girls' golf
* Boys' and girls' lacrosse
* Boys' and girls' swimming
* Boys' and girls' track
* Boys' and girls' volleyball
* Boys' and girls' tennis
* Boys' and girls' soccer
* Boys' and girls' swimming and diving
* Rugby
* Baseball
* Wrestling
* Water polo
* Freshman, junior varsity, and varsity football

Eureka also has the following activities:
* 140-member marching band (The " [http://eurekabands.homestead.com/marching.html Wildcat Pride Marching Band] ," won sweepstakes in 2004 for their show "Stormworks." Won best percussion is 2006.)
* Color guard to perform with the marching band, as well as a winter guard.
* Large open concert band, took "I", "I-", and "II" ratings at the State Band Festival in 2006.
* Selective symphonic band, scored three perfect "I+s" at the State Band Festival in 2006.
* A curricular jazz lab band as well as an extracurricular jazz band/big band.
* Chamber, Concert, and Symphonic Orchestras.
* Mixed, Mixed Chamber, Treble, and Treble Chamber Choirs, as well as a Concert Chorale and a Show Choir. ("Onstage!")
* Junior varsity and varsity pom/dance squads ("Goldenline") (Won state in 2007.)
* Freshman, junior varsity, and varsity cheerleading squads (Won state in 2005.)
* A quiz bowl team
* A debate team
* An International Club
* A Yoga Club
* A Photography Club
* A Renaissance Committee
* A theater company, ("etc...") winning regional awards from the CAPPIES for their 2005 run of the musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. In the 2006/2007 school year they won 8 St. Louis CAPPIE Awards for their productions of "Thoroughly Modern Millie" and "Hamlet". In 2007/2008 etc... went on to win Best Play for their production of "Wait Until Dark" and other recognitions for "My Fair Lady"
* Many variously-themed clubs and student bodies.

Academics

In 2004, Newsweek named Eureka one of the most challenging High Schools in the country.
