The QP digraph unicode|ȹ is a ligature of Latin "
p " and "q ", and is used in somephonetic transcription systems, particularly forAfrican languages , to represent avoiceless labiodental plosive , IPA2|p̪. Unicode|ȹ was added toUnicode 4.1 in 2005, as U+0239 LATIN SMALL LETTER QP DIGRAPH.As of 2006 , only handful of fonts can display the character. These includeCharis SIL ,Code2000 ,Doulos SIL andDejaVu fonts .References
