Graeme Bell AO MBE (born
September 7 , 1914) is anAustralian dixieland andclassical jazz pianist and composer.Early life
Bell attended
Scotch College, Melbourne in 1929 and 1930. He left school at age 16 during theGreat Depression and joined the workforce as an insurance clerk and a stint as a farm hand. He became a professional musician in 1943 and moved toSydney in 1957.Career
He formed "Graeme Bell and his All-Stars" and toured
