Fort Erie toDunnville . Lakeshore Catholic is known for its highly competitive and well respected Athletics Department that competes in Level 1 play. Gator Football currently playing in Zone 1 Premier League for Zone 3, SOSSA and OFSAA is consistently ranked #1 among High Schools in the Country. Gator Football has made 2 previous trips to both Ivor Wynn Stadium and SkyDome (Rogers Centre) to play for provincial championships, winning in 2004 and placing second in 2006. The School in addition to the many athletic activities it is also the home of a very well run Music/Arts department. With the Completion of the Musical 'Cabaret' in May 2007 Lakeshore's Arts Department showed the Best of the Artistic, and Musical skills Lakeshore has to offer, With and amazing Cast and Crew the show was a giant success. In addition to this the Lakeshore Catholic Concert and Jazz bands are always ranked highly at festivals and competitions, and the Drama Department always puts on a great show for the annualSears Drama Festival , winning many awards, most recently, the Technology Award for the play Validation.Even off the field Lakeshore is known for its high Academic success, its students consistently scoring above average on provincial testing. Its wide range of multi-talented teachers facilitate a Grade A learning environment conducive to helping students achieve their goals and academic success.
The school was founded in 1988 by Principal Pat Hudak to support the growing population of Catholic Students in the area. Since then the school has expanded twice, with another addition and multiple renovations currently on the books. The school has been home to current NCDSB Superintendent John Crocco whom was also named Director of Education starting Sept. 1st/08. As well Current Provincial Liberal Candidate for Niagara West-Glanbrook Mike Lostracco who took a leave of his duties to run for public office. Subsequent to the election Mike Lostracco was transferred and became Principal of St. Paul Catholic in Niagara Falls. The Current principal of Lakeshore Catholic is Dan DiLorenzo.
With a rich history, Lakeshore Catholic fosters a family environment, students are close knit and Gator Spirit is revered across the board, if a team is on the court, field or pitch its fans are sure to follow.

Lakeshore has a partnership with Cisco systems in the
Cisco Systems Canada Networking Academy . "Part of the Networking Academy content focuses on teaching students how to design, build and maintain computer networks through two certification driven programs (Cisco Certified Networking Associate CCNA, and the Cisco Certified Networking Professional CCNP)."ref|cisco2 Students acquire IT industry skills such as (IT Essentials I & II, Panduit Network Infrastructure Essentials, Fundamentals of UNIX, and Fundamentals of Java Programming) that will all link to Industry recognized certifications (A+, Server+, Linux+, Sun Certified Java Programmer, and Panduit Authorized Installer). Globally the Cisco Systems Canada Networking Academy has more than 10,000 Academies in over 150 countries and with more than 1.5 million students enrolled.Dress and deportment
Students at the school are required to wear uniformsref|uniform, which should conform to school-defined guidelines, including style and colour. Infractions result in disciplinary action. The school also holds "Alternate Dress Days", typically the last Wednesday of each month. Though in recent years this policy has become relaxed with the introduction of Rugby style shirts that are not required to be tucked in and therefore eliminating the number of Uniform Infractions. During alternate dress days students are permitted to wear acceptable clothing, though this dress must be of a respectable nature for a school community. These guidelines are set forth by school administrators.

Also, Lakeshore Catholic's Senior boy's Varsity hockey team has won 9 consecutive Zone championships.
Lakeshore Catholic has one of the most successful sporting programs in the province.
