Spui (coord|51|18|N|3|53|E|type:city(107)) is a town in the Dutch province of Zeeland. It is a part of the municipality of Terneuzen, and lies about 27 km southeast of Vlissingen.

In 2001, the town of Spui had 107 inhabitants.
