Rex Harrington

Rex Harrington

Rex Howard Harrington, OC, FRSC (born October 30 1962) is a Canadian ballet dancer.

He was a dancer with the National Ballet of Canada. He danced in "Sleeping Beauty" at the National Ballet in 2006.

In 2000, he was made an Officer of the Order of Canada. In 2005, he was inducted into Canada's Walk of Fame. In 2006, he was awarded an honorary doctorate by York University and was made a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada [http://www.rsc.ca/files/media/newfellows/new_fellows_2006_citations.pdf] .

He will be a guest judge on So You Think You Can Dance Canada in September 2008.

Rex is openly gay.
