The channel is owned by HTB Canada Inc, although Ethnic Channels Group distributes and operates the channel on HTB's behalf.
It broadcasts programming from NTV Russia and local Canadian content, such as I love shopping with Luba Dobryak, Afisha with Svetlana Dvoretskaya, and Today and Yesterday with Vladimir Kanevski. The channel broadcasts a variety of programming including seven live daily newscasts, talk shows, films, serials, and Russian and European soccer.
