Moscow Conference (1942)

The Second Moscow Conference between the major Allies of World War II took place from August 12, 1942 to August 17, 1942.

Winston Churchill, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Averell Harriman Special Representative of the United States President's Special Mission to Moscow, and Joseph Stalin, General Secretary of the Soviet Union planned the North Africa Campaign and discussed the later landing and opening of a front in northern France.
