The Chicago and Northwestern Railroad Bridge, also called the Clinton Railroad Bridge or more simply the Clinton Bridge,cite web| url=http://www.olemiss.edu/orgs/SGLC/National/SandBar/1.4bridge.htm| title=Owner of Bridge Not Presumed Negligent for Barge Allision| publisher=University of Mississippi| work=The National Sea Grant Law Center| author=Dare, Jason, J.D.| accessdate=2008-08-01| ] carries double tracked rail lines across the Mississippi River between Clinton, Iowa and Illinois. The bridge is a truss bridge with a swing span crossing the main river channel. There are still piers from predecessor bridges next to the current bridge. Union Pacific Railroad is the current owner of the bridge.
