He has also guest-starred in theBabylon 5 episode entitled "Acts of Sacrifice" (Season 2 Episode 12) as Taq, the aide to Correlilmurzon an alien ambassador whose species finalizes treaties and agreements by having sex with the other signees. In a bit of subtle irony, Williams also appeared in the episode as the leader of a planet that has never heard music before.
