Chuhar Chak is a town located in Punjab, India, in the Moga District.

This village is surrounded by Dhudike (1 km), Daudhar (5 km), Daangian (5 km), Kaonke Kalan (4 km), Nanaksar Kaleran (6 km), Galib Kalan (7 km), Killi Chahlan (4 km), Ajitwal (nearest railway station at 4 km). The village was portrayed in the Punjabi film Putt Jattan De. Senior Secondary School established as Khalsa High School in 1904. There is an ITI for Girls. Most of the students from the village go to Govt College, Dhudike for their graduation.

Lachhman Singh Gill, the former Chief Minister of Punjab and Jagjit Singh, the director of Putt Jattan De, are well known personalities from this village.
