Bethayres is a small village in Lower Moreland Township, Pennsylvania. It is named for Elizabeth Ayres, who lived at 2410 Huntingdon Pike, in a house now owned by Huntingdon Valley Presbyterian Church. It is an unincorporated place, and it is served by the Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania post office. Because of this, it is often said to be a section of Huntingdon Valley.

Bethayres has a stop on the SEPTA R3 West Trenton Regional Rail line, providing access to Philadelphia and New Jersey.
