Lakelands is the northernmost suburb of the city of Mandurah, Western Australia.

The Lakelands Estate is being developed by Peet Limited [http://www.peet.com.au] and is expected to comprise 2500 lots when completed.

Black Swan and Paganoni Lakes are planned to become a focal point of the estate with walking tracks and landscape works in progress.

Mandurah Baptist College is located at Lakelands and was opened in 2005 with Mandurah Primary and Senior High Schools due to start construction in 2008.

To the south of Lakelands is Meadow Springs. The western side is bounded by Mandurah Road which separates Lakelands from Madora Bay and the Western beaches.

The eastern side is currently bounded by the new Mandurah railway line, but future extensions of Lakelands will see it grow to the eastern side of this line. Land has been reserved for a future Lakelands train station which would connect the area directly to Perth.

Block sizes are around convert|500|m2|sqft|0. The nearest shopping area is located in Meadow Springs with a future planned shopping area to be constructed in Lakelands on Mandurah Road in the future.
