"Between the Heart and the Synapse" (2005) is the first album from Boston, Massachusetts based band The Receiving End of Sirens. "Between The Heart..." appears to be a concept album, due to a number of different verses that recur throughout the length of the album. The album had singles and videos of the songs "Planning A Prison Break" and "This Armistice". Their debut single received a decent amount of airplay on MTVU and Fuse.
