Caroline Plumb

Caroline Plumb is CEO of FreshMinds Ltd., the research and recruitment company she founded with Charlie Osmond in September 2000 after graduating from Oxford University.

Caroline has twice been named by Management Today magazine as one of the UK's top thirty-five women under the age of 35. She has been appointed to the board of the National Council of Graduate Entrepreneurship and was part of the UK delegation to an International Young Leaders Conference in Moscow.

Caroline was born in Manchester and was educated at Bolton School and St John's College, Oxford, where she read Engineering, Economics and Management. At the university, Caroline was sponsored for three years by the Government Communications Headquarters and later worked as an analyst at Fletcher Research (now Forrester Research).
