Hammonds Plains—Upper Sackville is a provincial electoral district in Nova Scotia, Canada, that elects one member of the Nova Scotia House of Assembly.

Its Member of the Legislative Assembly since 2003 has been Barry Barnet of the Progressive Conservative Party of Nova Scotia.

The constituency was created in the 2003 boundary redistribution and consists of parts of Sackville-Beaver Bank (now defunct) and Timberlea-Prospect.
