Murdoch railway station, Perth

Murdoch Station is a railway station located in Murdoch, Western Australia. Situated in the Kwinana Freeway median strip, and perpendicular to South Street interchange, it also features integrated bus services on the concourse level; this level will operate as a bus station. It is served by the interburban Mandurah line, with services to both the Perth CBD and the neighbouring city of Mandurah.

History

Murdoch Station was constructed as part of the New MetroRail Southern Suburbs Railway project. It replaced Murdoch Park 'n' Ride, the bus station at the same location. The bus stands on the carpark level remain but are no longer used.

Transfers

Bus transfers are available on the concourse level. The bus station is situated on a bridge structure extending over the freeway carriageways and train station.
