* "
Kuzu Kuzu " (Two videos were filmed for this song, including one for an acoustic version released in the single of the same name.)
* "Hüp " (Two videos were filmed for this song, including one for a remixed version released in the single "Hüp 8". The video filmed for the original edit was directed by Italian director Ferzan Özpetek. Under the sponsorship ofPepsi it was the most expensive Turkish music video ever produced, which also causedscandal with Tarkan using his tongue to kiss his on-screen lady.)
* "Verme" (Two different versions were filmed for this song. The second version focuses on the effect ofwar on children, and was the first Turkish music video to usemetamorphic special effects .)Extra info
His successful musical collaborations with
Sezen Aksu that created such songs as "Şımarık " and "Şıkıdım " is absent from this album. The album was recorded inIstanbul ,Los Angeles ,New York ,Egypt andEurope . Seen as his attempt to push the ethnic style into the mainstream, with motifs taken from all across the world, commentators have labelled this as Tarkan's first authentic crossover project. The album's title "Karma" means mixed or crossover in Turkish, as well standing for the Karma philosophy behind the release.As an introduction in the CD booklet, Tarkan explains the Karma philosophy and introduces the concept of using marbleization art on his album cover [ [http://tarkantr.blogspot.com/2005/06/karma-booklet-notes.html Karma Booklet Notes] ] . - "courtesy of Ali Yildirim"
