The Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud is a Group 1 flat horse race in France open to thoroughbreds which are four-years-old or above. It is run over a distance of 2,400 metres (approximately 1½ miles) at Saint-Cloud Racecourse, and it takes place annually, presently on the last Sunday in June.

Originally named the Prix du Président de la République, the race was first run in 1904 at Maisons-Laffitte, where it continued until the outbreak of World War I. Cancelled throughout the war, the race resumed in 1919 at a new venue, Saint-Cloud.

The original title was discarded in 1941 following the end of the French Third Republic in July 1940. For the remainder of World War II the newly titled Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud switched temporarily between Longchamp (1941–42), Maisons-Laffitte (1943, 1945) and Tremblay (1944) before returning to its regular home in 1946.

Until 1986 the race was contested over 2,500 metres. The fastest winning time at this distance was 2m 32.8s, recorded by Exceller in 1977. The time achieved by Moon Madness in 1987, the first year over the present distance, remains unsurpassed at 2m 26.5s.

Prior to 2005 the race was also open to three-year-olds. In its earlier years this age group provided the majority of runners, many of whom had raced previously in the Prix du Jockey Club or the Grand Prix de Paris. However, the number of three-year-olds taking part declined significantly towards the end of the 20th century and the race is now restricted to older horses only.

Ten winners of the race have also won the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, which was established in 1920. Additionally, the 1925 winner at Saint-Cloud, Cadum, subsequently finished first in the Arc but was later disqualified and placed second. The most recent horse to win both races is Montjeu, winner of the Arc in 1999 and the Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud in 2000.
