The Madura College (autonomous) (re-accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council with 'A' grade with a CGPA of 0.32) is among the oldest academic institutions in Madurai, India.

The college offers undergraduate courses in eight disciplines, postgraduate courses in nine disciplines, M. Phil. course in one discipline in the aided stream. The college offers undergraduate courses in eight disciplines, postgraduate course in four disciplines, M.Phil. course in two disciplines, and a postgraduate diploma course in Computer Applications in the self-financing stream of the college.

Five departments of the college are recognized as research centres by the Madurai Kamaraj University. The collage was established in 1889 and is a Tamil Nadu state government aided college affiliated to the Madurai Kamaraj University. Its motto is "Learning Shines with Righteousness".

Management is by the Madura College Board.
