WWLB (98-9 Liberty) is a gold-based variety hits format radio station in the U.S. state of Virginia. Owned by Main Line Broadcasting, the station signed on Labor Day 2005 from the same tower as WCDX and WRXL.

The actual sign on had been preceded with on air tests under the station's original call letters , WCUL, with a wide variety of music from pop , rock, country to jazz to keep listeners in the dark about what format the station would be doing , with the occasional ID "This is WCUL Midlothian/Richmond .....you will soon see ! "

In Fall 2005 Arbitron, the radio ratings service, ranked WWLB #2 in Richmond with the advertiser-coveted A25-54 demographic.

The station had been automated with no live personalities until January 2007, when well known former WRXL Morning Host Jeff Beck (known for his longtime partnership with Jeff McKee as "Jeff & Jeff") became the station's first live on-air personality, in Morning Drive.

The station started in Orange, Virginia in 1971 on 96.7 FM as WJMA-FM. The station moved to 98.9 FM in 2001, and was moved to Richmond in 2004 by MainQuad Broadcasting. MainQuad sold the station to current owner Main Line Broadcasting in 2005.
