April 14 1965 , Bonini is the son ofStanford University Emeritus Professor of Business Charles Bonini. His identical twin brother Griffin Bonini is aSuperior Court Judge in Santa Clara County,California .Bonini received his B.A. from
Wesley College in 1991 and his M.P.A. from theUniversity of Delaware in 1999. He is married to Dr. Melissa Harrington and they live in Camden Wyoming.ports and recreation
In his free time, Bonini is a staunch Washington Capitals NHL hockey fan, as well as a staunch fan of the former Montreal Expos turned current Washington Nationals MLB team. He even sports a Montreal Expos License Plate frame on his sedan. He has been an Expos/Nationals fan since growing up in California in 1977.

The 16th State Senate District is a sprawling suburban, rural and small town section of southern and eastern Kent County along with a small portion of adjacent Sussex County. It includes the southern portions of Dover around the
Dover Air Force Base , the towns of Frederica and Harrington, but carefully excludes the incorporated portions of the town of Milford. Bonini has represented the 16th Senate District in theDelaware State Senate since 1995.Bonini serves on the following committees:

*Revenue & Taxation

Elections are held the first Tuesday after November 1st. Members of the
