"Alkaline Trio/Hot Water Music" (also known as Alkaline Trio/Hot Water Music [Split CD] or simply Split CD) is a split EP released on January 22, 2002 by Jade Tree Records. The EP features original songs by Alkaline Trio and Hot Water Music as well as several where one band covers the other.

All seven songs were previously unreleased, although three songs were covers of previously released material. Alkaline Trio contributed three songs to the album, one of which was a Hot Water Music cover while Hot Water Music contributed four, two of which were covers of Alkaline Trio songs. Rooftops was originally recorded by Hot Water Music for the album No Division, Radio was originally recorded by Alkaline Trio for the album Maybe I'll Catch Fire and Bleeder was originally recorded by Alkaline Trio for the EP I Lied My Face Off.

All three Alkaline Trio contributions, including the cover of Rooftops, were later released on Remains, a B-sides and rarities album, whilst all the songs contributed by Hot Water Music, once again including the covers, were released on Till the Wheels Fall Off, also a B-sides and rarities album.

Both bands have another split EP released by BYO Records under their BYO Split Series. Hot Water Music with Leatherface (BYO Split Series, Vol. 1), and Alkaline Trio with One Man Army (BYO Split Series, Vol. 5).

On September 20, 2005 a vinyl picture disc version of the EP was released on No Idea Records.
