International School Amsterdam

International School Amsterdam

The International School of Amsterdam (founded in 1964) is a private international school located in the town of Amstelveen. It hosts students from over 60 countries, ages 2-18, from pre-kindergarten, to 12th grade. The official language, and language of instruction of this school, is English, though many other languages are spoken at the school within foreign language courses and throughout the student and faculty bodies. The academic program is based on the International Baccalaureate Programme. Currently, there are about 800 students enrolled in the school, from a large variety of countries and cultures.
