Wild West Falls Adventure Ride (formerly "Wild Wild West") is an 8-seater raft ride at
Warner Bros. Movie World on the Gold Coast,Australia . It was released to tie in with the 1999 summer blockbuster 'Wild Wild West ' starringWill Smith andKevin Kline despite having little to do with the movies contents. The name was changed in 2001 due to a licensing dispute.The ride features geysers, mine shafts, a ghost town and an inevitable drop as the climax of the ride. The drop is the largest of its kind in Australia.
History
Part of the ride's theming was destroyed by fire in December 2003, but the ride continued to operate. Much of the theming has now been rebuilt.

*Wild West Falls is Australia's largest ever theme park attraction, spanning 28,000 square metres.
*The Wild West Falls mountain is more than 35 metres high and 420 metres around the base.
*The final splashdown propels riders down a 20 metre heart stopping drop at 80 kilometres an hour.
*The ride features a nine metre reverse drop and two elevated 90 degree turntables.
*Wild West Falls Adventure Ride can carry more than 1,000 passengers per hour based on a 45 second load and unload, and a dispatch interval of 20 seconds.
*175,000 plus litres of water surge through the main pump every minute - enough to fill 3.5 backyard pools.
*1.5 million litres of water are used in the flume troughs and reservoir.
