Joseph R. Malone (born
October 1 ,1949 ) is an American Republican Partypolitician who has served in theNew Jersey General Assembly since 1993, where he represents the 30th legislative district. Malone has been the Assembly's Budget Officer since 2004 and was the Assistant Majority Whip from 2000-2001. Malone was selected by the Republican district committee to fill the remainder ofRobert Singer 's unexpired 1992-93 term after Singer resigned his Assembly seat to fill a State Senate vacancy created whenJohn E.
