Joseph DiLorenzo (businessman)

Joseph G. "Joe" DiLorenzo is a Massachusetts-based U.S. businessman and entrepreneur.

He worked for many years with the Boston Celtics, primarily as CFO or Senior V.P. of Administration, including roles that helped take the Boston Celtics public on the New York Stock Exchange.

Before his work with the Celtics, DiLorenzo had leadership roles with the Boston Garden/Boston Bruins for eleven years.

After leaving the Celtics, he was named V.P. of Strategic Alliances and later as the CFO of a business enterprise dealing with infrastructure software and solutions, specifically designed and engineered for the higher education marketplace, known as the MD Group LLC. His partner in this venture is former Massachusetts Treasurer Joe Malone.

DiLorenzo has been a member of the Financial Executives International since 1987.

Educational Background

Joseph G. DiLorenzo graduated from Bentley College with a B.A. in Accounting and has been a Director or Officer of the Executive Board of Bentley's Alumni Association since 1992.
