The transaction was approved by the CRTC onJuly 6 2007 . Corus Entertainment officially took ownership of CJZZ on July 29, 2007.On November 5, 2007, the station went on the air for the first time as the newly rebranded Groove FM, as Canwest owned the name "Cool" and was still being used for the now defunct
CoolTV . Its call letters were also changed with the station now known as "CJGV-FM". The format remains unchanged.References
