Simon Lynch is an entrepreneur who has started various Internet ventures.

Simon founded [http://www.justlanded.com Just Landed] in 2003. Just Landed is a company dedicated to helping people move country. The website provides information, services and products that are useful for recent or soon to be migrants, in addition to access to a growing community of people in the same situation. He is a co-founder of [http://www.jobpartners.com Jobpartners] , which is a Human Resources software company started in 1998. At the beginning, its main focus was the production of a software solution to manage recruitment processes. Later, the company went on to produce software to manage other aspects of the Human Resources lifecycle for companies, such as employee appraisals, succession planning and career planning. Jobpartners raised over €25 million of venture capital in the period 1998-2003 and now supplies solutions to a strong portfolio of multinational companies, such as Xerox, Carrefour and DHL. Simon left in 2003.

In 1997, he started a consultancy producing websites. He then helped start an online toy retail venture [http://www.toymonkey.com Toymonkey] , a clubbing site and an online travel site (both now defunct).
