Nathan Good (born 1975) is the first and former drummer of Death Cab for Cutie. He performed all percussion for their album Something About Airplanes. On the album We Have the Facts and We're Voting Yes, he performed on "The Employment Pages" and "Company Calls Epilogue", but left during the recording of the album to get married.
He is now the drummer for The Vernacular, a band featuring Chris Walla of Death Cab for Cutie and Sean Nelson of Harvey Danger[citation needed]. He currently teaches English at Pinole Valley High School while he writes poetry[citation needed].
In younger years both Nathan and Chris participated in the Youth Wrestling Federation, a small-time indie group run and promoted by Bryan Alvarez of Figure Four Weekly. [1].
