Epsilon Arietis (ε Ari / ε Arietis) is a binary star [ [http://www.glyphweb.com/esky/default.htm?http://www.glyphweb.com/esky/stars/epsilonarietis.html eSky: the electronic sky ] ] in the constellation Aries. It is approximately 293 light years from Earth [ [http://www.glyphweb.com/esky/default.htm?http://www.glyphweb.com/esky/stars/epsilonarietis.html eSky: the electronic sky ] ] .

The two brightest components, ε Arietis A and B, are both white A-type main sequence dwarfs with apparent magnitudes of 5.2 and 5.5 respectively [ [http://www.backyard-astro.com/blog/index.php/weblog/comments/2005_08_30/ Clear Skies On Demand - an astronomy blog ] ] . The combined apparent magnitude of the system is +4.63.
