Felgueiras (pron. IPA2|fɛɫ'gɐiɾɐʃ or [IPA|fɛɫ'geiɾɐʃ] ) is a Portuguese civil parish (Freguesia), located in the municipality of Resende, in the District Viseu, Portugal. It has a population of 315 inhabitants and a total area of 8,27 km². Its postal code is 4660-080

The Parish holiday is June 24 (Saint John's Day).

Felgueiras is 8 km to the Southeast of Resende, stuck in the mountain range, where the Montemuro inclines to greet the Douro. From "Sarges" to "Alagoa de D. João", from "Cadavais" to "Carvoeiro", this parish possesses a superior area to the 8,4 km2 that it officially only granted. The relief is very deep, cut for a valley abrupt when runs the "Ribeiro de Corvo"; that spring at 1,130 altitude m, close to the "São Crisotvão" Mount and his estuary is in the "Douro" river ( "Mercê"). The alt. of the parish varies between the 700 m in "Quinchas" and the 1142 m in "São Cristóvão" Mount. A chapel exists here where it venerates "São Cristóvão", ( 25 July).
