Vancouver ,British Columbia , the company produces a range of fiction and non-fiction titles for both adults and children. The company is noted for using high amounts ofrecycle d paper in their publishings. On February 7, 2008, Raincoast announced they are halting their publishing program due to the rise in theCanadian dollar .
