Debra Mooney (born August 28, 1947) is an American actress known for her role as Edna Harper on the TV series Everwood.

Mooney was born Debra Vick in Aberdeen, South Dakota, the daughter of Isabel (née Smith) and Henry M. Vick.^[1]
