Sheffield Soutth East is a parliamentary constituency in the City of Sheffield. It is currently represented by the Labour MP Clive Betts. The Boundary Commission recommended that the existing Sheffield Attercliffe be renamed Sheffield South East at the next General election following boundary changes in the South Yorkshire region.

Boundaries

Sheffield Attercliffe currently covers much of east and south east the city including the wards of Beighton, Birley, Darnall, Mosborough, Woodhouse, and parts of Richmond ward.

Following the review into parliamentary representation in South Yorkshire, the new Sheffield South East will consist of the electoral wards of Beighton, Birley, Darnall, Mosborough, and Woodhouse.

History

Sheffield Attercliffe constituency was created when the Sheffield constituency was split into five in 1885.
