Llanmadoc

Llanmadoc

Llanmadoc is a village in the City and County of Swansea, Wales, lying in north west of the Gower peninsula.

St. Madoc's Church lies in the village. Madoc, a Celtic saint, is believed to have founded a church in the 6th century. The 13th century building was restored in 1865.

Closeby villages include Cheriton and Landimore. Nearby villages include Broughton Bay and Whiteford Sands. It is quite popular area for walking and fishing.
